Frank is apparently on vacation. Luke is attending the MLG (Major League Gaming) season opener.

The Legendary map pack should be up by late morning on April 15th.

Anyway who purchases the Legendary map pack between the time of release and a as of yet unspecified date will recieve a free four month subscription to Bungie PRO. People who already subscribe to the service will get four months added on.

In May, Team SWAT will be added as a full time ranked playlist. Also in May, Team Control will be taken out of all playlists (retired forever).

They're making some slight changes to the skill spread Ranked Big Team Battle. Before, players would be matched up with other players who were within 10 levels of them, but because of this, it would take forever for higher leveled players to find games. Now, the level gap is changed to 15 in hopes that higher ranking players can find games faster.

Another thing that has been changed to hopefully speed up matchmaking is that mixed team restrictions have been removed on all ranked hoppers. This means that teams with mixed skill levels can now be paired against team with even skill levels, resulting in faster matchmaking. The problem, however, is that the games are going to be a little harder.

Like the Heroic map pack, the Legendary map pack will have its own playlist, with a few heroic maps thrown in the mix as well. The new maps will be in regular playlists as well, they just won't show up much.

Double XP weekends will continue to happen with Team Snipers replacing Team SWAT. Grifball will also be coming back.
